These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website and services provided by Linkido UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we," "Linkido"). By accessing our website or using our services (such as the "Path Finder" assessment tool), you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services

Linkido offers a platform for orientation in the German labor market. We provide information and self-assessment tools. Additionally, we endeavor to establish contacts between job seekers/trainee candidates and potential employers.

No Guarantee of Placement: We do not guarantee that an employment, training, or other contractual relationship will be established through our platform.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide truthful and complete information in all forms and contact inquiries. It is prohibited to upload content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or public morals.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health, or for claims under the Product Liability Act.
