Why Linkido

Germany was hiring.
Nobody could apply.

Germany has 120,000 open positions in care and skilled trades.

The people qualified to fill them live in Manila, Lagos, Tehran.

They were never given a door.

Linkido is the door. We built it because nobody else did.

What we built

An application engine.
Not a job board.

Linkido scans verified German employers, writes the cover letter in German tailored to the specific role, and submits the application through the employer's own portal. Continuously, from the day a candidate opens their file. A real person reviews every application before it goes.

01

Employer network.

Linkido maintains 47 verified German employers actively accepting matched profiles. No listing boards. No ghost postings. Direct relationships with the employers who hire.

02

Cover letter generation.

Every application includes a German cover letter, B2 minimum, tailored to the role and the candidate's background. Reviewed before dispatch.

03

Automated submission.

Applications are submitted through each employer's own portal, the same way a candidate would, done correctly the first time.

Why Linkido exists

The process is the problem.
Not the candidate.

Germany's application process was built for people already inside Germany. German CVs. German cover letters. Employer portals that expect a German address and a German phone number a candidate abroad does not yet have. The qualified outsider was failed by the process, not by their own readiness. Linkido is the engine that submits the application the way Germany expects it.

Linkido is a German GmbH built by people who have moved candidates through this process for years before this engine existed. Linkido handles jobs, Ausbildung, and placement, every step that touches the German labor market.
